Delivery & Logistics App
Dispatch, driver app and live customer tracking in one platform — with photo proof of delivery and cash-on-delivery reconciliation that actually balances.
Built to B2B standard — nothing extra
Every solution here is design craftsmanship built strictly around business-to-business needs: only the modules your operation actually uses, no bloat, no features you pay for and never touch. We start by consulting with you to define the best-fit solution, then build it to that scope.
Live demo & session notes
Open the live map and the driver app side by side on the tablet, then complete a delivery with a photo. Ask how they handle a customer who claims they never received an order.
The problem
A distributor running 22 vans across Bangkok and upcountry dispatched routes on printed sheets and coordinated the day by phone. Customers called constantly to ask where their order was, disputed deliveries could not be proven, and cash-on-delivery reconciliation with drivers took a full day each week and still came up short.
What we built
We built a three-part platform: a dispatcher console for route planning and live map, a driver mobile app that works offline in weak-signal areas, and a customer tracking link sent by SMS or LINE. Drivers capture photo and signature proof of delivery, failed attempts are logged with a reason code, and cash collected is recorded per stop and reconciled automatically at end of shift.
The result
Where-is-my-order calls dropped by 76 percent. Delivery disputes became resolvable in seconds with photo proof, cash reconciliation shrank from a full day to about 30 minutes weekly, and stops per van per day rose 14 percent after route optimisation.
What it does, in plain English
Route planning
Build and optimise routes by zone, load and time window instead of a printed list per van.
Driver app
Stop list, navigation handoff and status updates that keep working offline in weak-signal areas.
Proof of delivery
Photo, signature and timestamp on every drop, so a dispute is settled in seconds.
Customer tracking
A live tracking link by SMS or LINE, which removes most where-is-my-order calls.
COD reconciliation
Cash collected recorded per stop and balanced against the driver at end of shift.
Fleet reporting
On-time rate, failed-attempt reasons, cost per drop and driver performance in one dashboard.
Good for your business if…
- • Routes are still dispatched on paper and coordinated by phone all day
- • You cannot prove a delivery when a customer disputes it
- • Cash-on-delivery reconciliation is slow and never quite balances
Consider carefully if…
- • You run one or two vehicles on a fixed daily round
- • You fully outsource delivery to a courier with its own tracking platform
- • You need a full customer-facing marketplace, which is a different build
Advanced tier: dispatcher web console, iOS and Android driver app, customer tracking and reporting. Typical delivery is 10 to 16 weeks, with a pilot fleet running from around week eight.
